POLICY OVERVIEW

Refunds and Returns Policy

Our REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY: You must contact us within 30 days in order to return your item and receive a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unused, and undamaged. Only perishable items such as dried herbs and flowers used in packaging are exempt. Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer where applicable. There are certain situations where we may grant partial refunds:

  • An item not in its original condition, or damaged not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery if we determine there is reasonable cause

It is our pleasure to guarantee all items shipped to you will be securely packaged, and in new condition. However, we cannot be responsible for damage or loss of your order during shipping after it leaves our premises.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We hope that you love your books! but if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund part or all of your order including taxes, provided it meets the above requirements. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you by email. If approved, we will process your refund, which willl be automatically applied to your debit/credit card or original method of payment within 3-10 days.


Late or missing refunds

If your refund is unreasonably delayed and has not appeared in your bank account, please contact your credit card company. Consider the processing time it takes for a refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund at this point, please contact us at: beautifullysimple2016@yahoo.com and we will gladly try to rectify the situation.

 

SALE ITEMS

We offer refunds on regularly priced items only. Sale items are exempt.

 

MAKING EXCHANGES

We will exchange and replace the same item only if defective or damaged before or during delivery.

RETURNING GIFTS

As a recipient, if you wish to return an item purchased by someone else as a gift for you and shipped to you directly, we will credit you for the value of the gift. When we receive your returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate which you may use at any time. If your gift giver requested their gift order to be shipped to their address first, we will refund that party, and notify them of your returned item.


SHIPPING RETURNS

You are responsible for all shipping costs of returned or exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are due a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. Delivery time for your exchanged item(s) will vary according to your location. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned package, so if you are returning more expensive items, you might consider purchasing insurance and/or using a tracking option when shipping.
